Job Description:

Hourly rate ranges from $20.00 – $20.25 per hour and isdependent upon qualifications and experience.

Spirit Halloween The Store Manageroversees and is accountable for the total operation of a storeensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing andmaintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The StoreManager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventorycontrol, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexibleschedule. The physical demands of the job require 8 hours ofstanding/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures andlifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experienceis required.
