We are seeking a highly motivated andresults-oriented Perishable Manager to oversee the daily operationsof Meat, Seafood, Deli, Florist, Produce, and Bake Shopdepartments. What we’ll ask of you:

Department Management:

Overseethe daily operations of the Meat, Seafood, Deli, Florist, Produce,and Bake Shop Ensure departments meet or exceed sales and profittargets Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety, ensuringcompliance with all regulations

People Development and Diversity:

Direct, oversee, and evaluate the training of all perishabledepartment team members Monitor and evaluate associate performanceand ensure associates have development plans to supportprofessional growth Foster a culture of diversity and inclusionwithin the team Control turnover by fostering a positive workenvironment

Labor Relations:

Manage labor relations to ensurecompliance with company policies and labor laws Address and resolveemployee issues and grievances in a timely and effective manner

Customer Service Excellence:

Cultivate a culture of excellence incustomer service, providing best-in-class service Ensure customersexperience a well-stocked store with the freshest product offeringsSupport team members in their training to consistently deliverexceptional customer service

Operational Efficiency:

Coach andprovide feedback for efficient operations to better control laborcosts Implement and oversee action plans to improve departmentperformance Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stockmanagement

Compliance and Safety:
