Job Description
Retail Store Manager Sundaes On Main 2414 Main St, Bridgehampton, NY 11932 We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting with overseeing our retail store and possibly coordinating responsibilities of employees.
Responsibilities:
Oversee retail store and possibly supervise employees Be friendly and converse with customers Adjust daily schedule for employees to ensure optimal efficiency Train employees Resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail a plus but not a requirement. Looking for a full time/year round employee Female preferred 20+ years old Ability to multi-task during the busy season Good communication skills No experience necessary for the right person. Will train. Salary based off ambition. Fun work environment!
