This expansion is currently centered in New York (Long Island & Hudson Valley), New Jersey, and Connecticut. Job description We are seeking a hardworking, organized and leadership-minded Store Manager. This position will report to the Director of Operations. A Ready Coffee Store Manager is responsible for directing daily operations, building a great team and driving the financial success of their store. They do this by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports the operational standards and culture of Ready Coffee. The Store Manager is a quick thinker, a problem solver, a skilled communicator and a world-class motivator. Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, hire and train team members that embody Ready Coffee culture and who have the potential to grow within the company.
• Create and maintain a positive, inspiring and inclusive culture. Mentor employees and continually develop their skills.
• Address performance issues effectively and respectfully.
• Communicate priorities, best practices, and operational changes in a clear and consistent manner.
• Forecast sales and schedule labor efficiently, balancing cost and team dynamics while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain the store and all equipment to the highest standards.
• Make daily bank deposits and manage change reserves.
• Manage store inventory; project usage and place orders; review supplier invoices for accuracy and upload them for payment; maximize gross margin by controlling waste and loss.

Location East Northport, New York (Possible training in the Hudson Valley) (All work to be done at Company work location) Job Type Full-time, 40 hours per week Pay & benefits Base salary range of $44,000 – $48,000; plus tips (average tips of $12 per hour. Actual tips will vary based on a variety of factors including location, hours, and quality of service); plus semi-annual bonus. Other benefits
