Job Description
Store Manager (Water Mill, NY) Oversee the day-to-day operations and direct activities of a busy coffee store, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, security protocols, and the supervision of all departments (bakers, front counter, and baristas). Manage the successful daily operation of the store, including guest relations, team building, hiring and training staff, preparing work schedules, assigning duties, conducting performance evaluations, and managing inventory of coffee, beverages, and other products.
Required:
Must have 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or 2 years of supervisory experience of a team of at least 5 people. Experience must include knowledge of Point of Sale systems, scheduling software, digital inventory and ordering systems.
Hrs:
Thurs-Mon 6:00AM-3:30PM (including 5 hours of mandatory OT).
Wage:
$76,128.00/yr.
