Position:

We are seeking a Retail Coordinator to join our team at Loro Piana. In this role, you will support the VP of Retail and partner with our retail network to drive operational and reporting excellence across North America. This position plays a key role in the strategic execution of retail initiatives by maintaining accurate business reporting, streamlining cross-functional communication, and ensuring stores have the tools and insights needed to perform at the highest level. Job responsibilities Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze weekly business performance reports for retail leadership and store teams
Maintain monthly and quarterly dashboards to support the VP of Retail with performance tracking
Monitor retail KPIs and personnel data, including updates on new hires and terminations
Create polished presentations and documentation for executive meetings and retail initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Marketing, to support retail operations
Compile and prepare strategic store visit decks for senior leadership
Perform a range of administrative tasks to support daily retail operations
Assist in coordinating regional business initiatives and ongoing retail projects
Provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis to support decision-making across the retail network Profile Skills and Abilities Required 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in retail operations, business analysis, or corporate administrative support within the luxury retail sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Comfort working with data, KPIs, and business reporting tools
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
