• Saturday We are looking for a Bakery Supervisor to lead our team with a passion for hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

This role is crucial in maintaining The Snackery’s welcoming atmosphere while ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Culture Foster a positive, inspiring, and respectful work environment. Lead and develop a strong Counter Staff and Back of House team. Train, cross-train, and provide ongoing feedback to employees. Encourage open communication and teamwork. Uphold The Snackery’s hospitality standards to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for. Operations & Service Excellence Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company procedures. Manage weekly scheduling and labor costs. Direct the team in maintaining and improving service, food, and beverage standards. Ensure seamless front-of-house operations, including:

• Guest service and issue resolution
• Quality control
• Cleanliness and sanitation compliance
• Efficient service flow
• Monitor product levels and maintain portion control.
• Maintain compliance with all Department of Health procedures.
• Regularly review and update operational checklists and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a bakery, café, or food service setting. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Basic proficiency in email, Google Sheets/Excel , and POS systems. Hands-on leadership approach with a focus on customer service and team development .
