Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression. Answer incoming emails promptly and accurately. Schedule appointments, coordinate repair timelines, and order proper parts Communicate repair updates clearly and proactively to customers and insurance partners. Assist with coordinating with adjusters. Use email and other digital tools effectively for communication and customer management. Always uphold the highest level of customer service. Demonstrate a proactive attitude

Qualifications :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-driven, motivated, and eager. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
