Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Candle Retail Associate & Maker. This dual-role position involves both front-of-house customer service and back-of-house candle production. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working with their hands, enjoys talking with customers, and has an eye for detail and design.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance about our candle products. Handle point-of-sale transactions and gift wrapping. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized retail space. Restock shelves and merchandise displays. Educate customers on candle care and safety.

Candle Making & Production:

Hand-pour candles using our in-house methods and fragrance blends. Measure, mix, and prepare wax, wicks, and fragrance oils according to recipes. Maintain production logs and ensure product quality and consistency. Label, package, and inventory finished products. Follow all safety protocols in handling materials and operating equipment.
