The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various aspects of store operations effectively. Duties Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Oversee inventory control, including stock management and loss prevention strategies. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and assist in budgeting processes. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop sales strategies that meet or exceed targets. Manage shifts effectively, ensuring optimal staffing levels and customer service standards. Negotiate with vendors as necessary to maintain product availability and pricing. Maintain a clean, organized store environment that enhances the customer experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in retail math and budgeting principles. Excellent administrative skills, including report generation and documentation. Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work culture. Experience with inventory control systems and practices. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
