Consumer Banking Solutions Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for the development and distribution of Sales and Service continuing education content applicable to the Consumer Bank in collaboration with the Manager of Consumer Banking Solutions and Consumer Bank LOB Leadership. Incumbent works with retail and small business leaders to diagnose skill gaps and support Consumer Bank strategy with the development and implementation of educational and skill building tools and materials to support high impact sales and service strategies to ensure Consumer Bank objectives are met.
Primary Responsibilities:
Engages with retail sales leadership and line of business leaders to diagnose and solution skill gaps to ensure sales strategy success. Develops content and tools for sales and service and credit skill building. Serves as a direct resource to sales leadership for successful implementation and co-facilitation. Responsible for designing choreography and processes for the sales force that ensure a positive customer experience, including new sales systems and digital technology. Partners with training to develop institutionalized sales and service content that is integrated into online and instructor led training. Delivers education content to sales leadership and prepares other facilitators to deliver the developed content. Develops, maintains, and facilitates multiple, concurrent, communication and sales/retention/acquisition tactical plans. Manages the Retail Customer Experience Manual to ensure easy, intuitive resources for Consumer Banking Groups. Responsible for keeping FNB Foundations and other Sales and Digital content current, adjusting with strategy and technology evolution. Manages the semi-annual Retail Leadership conference, including budget, meeting content and logistical coordination. Manage and coach members of the Retail Sales and Service Continuing Education team. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
