Assistant Store Manager (ASM) Cobra Express Car Wash 401 Baltimore Pike, Morton, PA 19070 Cobra Express Car Wash is a leading car wash facility dedicated to providing exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Our state-of-the-art facilities and passionate team ensure that every customer receives a premium car cleaning experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a growing brand with 5 locations, we are looking for people who want to grow with us.

Position Overview:

As an ASM at Cobra Express Car Wash, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the car wash facility. You will assist the General Manager in managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. Provide leadership and guidance to car wash attendants to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service. Assist in training new staff members on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the car wash facility, including equipment and grounds. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times. Assist in conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality and safety. Support the General Manager in achieving sales targets and implementing marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business management is a plus.
