We employ technicians who travel the United States to provide preventative HVAC and industrial cleaning services to commercial customers. With headquarters in Brookville, PA, we also maintain branches in Northfork, WV; Longview, TX; and Brockport, NY. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Shop Coordinator to support our team and keep our operations running smoothly. The Shop Coordinator plays a key role in the daily operation and coordination of shop activities. This position ensures efficiency, maintains inventory, tracks rig service schedules and needs, and supports the shop team with a high level of professionalism. This position is a standard Monday – Friday role, with 40 hours available/expected each week. No weekend work is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee rig movements and service schedules Schedule and coordinate rig services Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies in working order Liaise with internal teams Monitor safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized workspace Prepare reports and track service records Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a coordination or logistics Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with shop tools and equipment Proficient in MS Office and/or shop/inventory management software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications a plus Why Plyler’s?
