What You’ll Do Ability to comprehend and execute written and oral direction Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service Responsible for opening and / or closing the shop as needed Assist with team member training, coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed Help drive shop sales, set the example, and assure guest satisfaction Actively and enthusiastically engage with guests Be an expert on product knowledge and sales engagement with shop guests Proactively aid in achieving the store’s daily sales goals Accurately handle all forms of sales/money transactions Always keep the shop and merchandise clean and orderly. All other related duties as required or assigned What You Bring High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct Communication / Guest Focus Problem solving skills Diversity and Inclusion Customer service driven Attention to detail Stress Management / Composure Strong organizational skills and Coachability Computer skills Ability to adapt to a changing environment 5-day work week | Closed evenings and Sundays | Saturdays and holidays required 43-45 hours per week
