The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional Guest Service, managing staff, and driving sales while maintaining a positive shopping environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management. Responsibilities Lead and supervise store staff, providing training development and employee orientation to ensure high performance. Manage daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store standards. Foster an environment of excellent customer service by modeling effective phone etiquette and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets while adhering to budgeting guidelines. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding stock levels and promotions. Oversee the operation of the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate transactions and financial reporting. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store. Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role running a retail environment. Strong skills in training development and employee orientation processes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally. Proficient in budgeting practices and retail math applications. Familiarity with POS systems and retail sales strategies. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
