Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team in Lebanon, PA. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and implementing company policies and proceduresSupervise and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of serviceHandle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfactionManage schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate team activities to maximize efficiencyAssist in training and developing new team membersMonitor inventory levels and place orders as neededPrepare and analyze reports on sales, productivity, and other key performance indicatorsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environmentStep in for the Manager in their absence, making decisions and handling escalated issuesQualificationsProven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a related industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quicklyStrong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyCustomer service-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standardsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededMust be able to work on-site in Lebanon, PAAdditional Information

- Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store
- Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per trayPushing
- To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24- 30 and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push
- Trays may also be pulledClimbing
- Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenanceStooping/Bending
- Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station
- Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station
- Duration of this position is approximately 30 – 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day
- Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredientsCrouching/Squatting
