This role involves overseeing shop operations, delegating work, and fostering a positive team environment. The Auto Body Shop Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing targeted goals, ensuring that all team members have a clear understanding of objectives. A Pennsylvania damage appraisal license is required for this position. ### Key Responsibilities
