Job Details Description Clemens Food Group needs a dynamicleader to drive a significant cultural and operational shift acrossour warehouse network. This hire is critical to setting newstandards and reigniting engagement throughout our teams in a highgrowth environment by improving service levels and customerexperience, leading accelerated supervisor development, andunlocking potential in our existing WMS technology.

CriticalObjectives:

Quickly assess our three-warehouse operation, set clearperformance baselines, and develop standardized procedures acrossall facilities. Lead a cultural shift—energizing the supervisoryranks, driving accountability, and clearly communicatingobjectives. Enhance WMS utilization, streamlining processes forbetter performance, transparency, and user adoption. Initiate anddeliver impactful Continuous Improvement projects, leveragingmethodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to drive quick, measurablewins.

Who You Are:

A hands-on leader experienced with warehousemanagement systems like Blue Yonder (JDA/Red Prairie) or similarplatforms at an advanced user level (Labor Management Systemexperience preferred). Skilled in Continuous Improvement practices(Lean, Six Sigma methodologies) with a demonstrated ability toimplement practical solutions under pressure. An experienceddistribution leader ideally from environments like foodmanufacturing, cold storage, 3PL, or high-volume distributioncenters. A “DI” style leader—direct and influential, with provenability to motivate, set clear expectations, and enhance teamaccountability.

Must-Haves:

A bachelor’s degree is preferred;extensive operational and continuous improvement experience will beconsidered. Minimum 10 years relevant leadership experience, with aproven ability to manage multiple direct reports and complexwarehousing operations.
