Prolectric performs residential and commercial electrical diagnostic service, repairs. upgrades, maintenance. and new equipment installation. Most of our clients are repeat customers and depend on us for solving problems and upgrading their electrical systems but about 35% of our clients are new customers who were using a different electrical contractor before joining our clientele. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Service Manager at Prolectric Electrical Contractors, Inc. The role is located in Savannah, GA. While working in tandem with our Finance Director, The Administrative Service Manager will oversee and coordinate administrative services, handle client inquiries and efficiently dispatch technicians to client’s property locations. Some office management is necessary along with providing administrative support to ensure efficient and effective organizational performance. Responsibilities include supervising technicians. allocating resources, and maintaining effective communication between Prolectric and our clients. Qualifications Supervisory skills Analytical skills for resource allocation and problem-solving Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in administrative assistance and office management Experience with financial documents such as proposals, contracts, and invoices. Excellent organizational skill and experience along with a demonstrated ability to serve people is necessary. No electrical skills are necessary as training is provided for thoroughly handling client’s requests. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is helpful.
