DOE Job Summary:
Seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support ecommerce operations and store management projects. This role plays a key part in maintaining online storefronts, coordinating inventory and restocks, supporting product launches, and ensuring efficient customer service. Ideal for someone with a background in ecommerce, merchandising, or logistics who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and updating online storefronts, including product listings, descriptions, and visual content Support the execution of new store setups and ongoing maintenance Lead store operations when Store Managers are unavailable Execute one-off platform updates and monitor shipping rate accuracy Coordinate product restocks and monitor inventory levels Liaise with account managers to ensure accurate and timely information for product launches Manage complimentary shipment requests and assist with warehouse logistics Collaborate with fulfillment partners and customer service to enhance customer experience Produce periodic reports for clients Analyze sales data to make recommendations that drive revenue Collaborate with marketing teams to develop relevant and engaging merchandise for clients
Required Skills:
2+ years of professional experience 1+ year of experience in merchandising, ecommerce, supply chain, or a related field (especially within music, entertainment, or brand merchandise) Highly detail-oriented and organized Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong time management; able to meet strict deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Trustworthy with sensitive and confidential information Photoshop experience is a plus Background in customer service is beneficial
