We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Store Manager with a proven track record in high-volume retail—preferably within major shopping malls. As a Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, sales performance, team development, and merchandising execution. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Talent Development Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team of associates to meet and exceed sales goals. Recruit, train, and retain high-performing retail staff. Foster a culture of accountability, customer service, and growth. Sales & Customer Experience Execute daily sales strategies to drive revenue and meet KPIs. Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for customers. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Operations & Visual Merchandising Maintain excellent visual standards and implement promotional setups. Oversee store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and compliance. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy and replenishment. Reporting & Performance Management Analyze store metrics and implement improvements based on data. Control operational costs and adhere to budget guidelines. Report on staffing, productivity, and profitability.
