As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining an inviting shopping environment that reflects our brand’s values. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure efficiency and high standards of customer service. Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock. Supervise and lead the boutique team, providing training and support to enhance their skills. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store goals. Maintain accurate records of sales, budgets, and inventory levels. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting exceptional customer experiences. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism. Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in retail management. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or a similar role within the fashion industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients. Proficient in inventory management practices and techniques.
