Your typical day involves supervising employees, delegating tasks, and relaying management directives to employees professionally and clearly. You’ll be responsible for training and developing staff members, identifying areas for improvement, and providing timely feedback. You’ll also be a part of an instrumental team to identify trends and opportunities to increase revenue through external communication channels.
