Recognizes when team members need coaching and provides immediate coaching when applicable. Issue refunds and resolves customer concerns. Reports known or suspected security and/or theft problems to a member of store management, appropriate District Manager, and/or Asset Protection department. Complies with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout all work areas; maintains same to meet CARF, Department of Labor, and other regulatory standards. Leads retail team and store activities in the absence of/and at the direction of the Retail Store Manager and/or Retail Assistant Store Manager; see Supervisory Responsibilities below. Requirements:

Must be able to: Read and interpret memos and operating and procedure manuals. Effectively present standard information in one‐on‐one situations to customers and other team members of the organization using tact, courtesy and cooperativeness. Add/subtract two digit numbers and multiply and divide by 10’s and 100’s. Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables. Operate a telephone, multi-key register, typewriter, computer, fax machine, and material handling equipment. Obtain and maintain Forklift/Stacker and CPR/First Aid certifications. Perform data entry and keyboarding. Instruct or verify the work of others.
