This location offers gifts, fashion and fashion accessories, sundries and travel necessities in an upscale hotel environment. What will you do? Along with a passion for guest service, the ideal candidate for Retail Store Manager will use their prior experience in specialty retail to: Ensure delivery of the Company’s Guest Service Standards to all guests Deliver the budgeted sales and controllable profit targets for the location Deliver the Company’s operating standards, including merchandising, ordering and visual standards and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed Hire, train and coach staff. Develop and maintain a great relationship with our hotel partners What We Expect From You. A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience as a Retail Store Manager , in a fast paced specialty or boutique retail environment. A passion for service and the desire to develop and lead a team of similar minded individuals. Experience in recruiting, hiring and leading a team Experience with creating and receiving purchase orders a plus. Demonstrated experience with visual merchandising principals and ability to follow plan-o-grams. Posses proven organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. A Retail Store Manager with experience with managing a sales budget, scheduling and payroll. What you can expect from us.
