Supervisor:
Review job scope/notes/pictures/documents, etc., discuss with Superintendent if needed, Superintendent will assign Technicians to the Supervisor for all of the days’ activities, Check to make sure trucks and trailers have all needed/necessary tools and supplies for the whole day
- Take everything with you that you will need for the whole day.
Upon arrival on job you will task Technicians to start prepping for the start of the job (unload tools, set up equipment, etc.), Upon arrival on the job you will greet the customer/POC, Walk site to familiarize yourself with the work area, Site walkthrough/toolbox talk/review crew activity plan with the Technicians performing the days work, Start work for the day to include demolition/abatement/remediation/cleaning activities, As Technicians are working the Supervisor is to key his eyes on the “big picture” and ensure that the team is working successfully, efficiently and effectively, and that they are supported with help or tools or supplies as they need them, The Supervisor is to take pictures of every step of the project, The Supervisor is to make job notes in the job file about the progress and problems on each job, The Supervisor will be sure to manage his allotted work time and cost, The Supervisor will communicate with the Superintendent as necessary, The Supervisor is responsible for issuing daily paid and unpaid breaks, The Supervisor will maintain a clean job site, The Supervisor will keep the customer informed without oversharing or overstepping, The Supervisor will always conduct himself in a professional manner, The Supervisor will lead his team to “

The Supervisor will communicate job completion (or daily wrap-up if job is incomplete) with the customer and the Superintendent, The Supervisor will clean-up/pack-up/secure the jobsite before departing, The Supervisor will have the Technicians sign the back of the daily crew activity plans addressing any reported workplace incidents, The Supervisor will turn in paperwork as required and on time, The Supervisor will be sure to secure their trucks/trailers/the shop at the end of every day, The Supervisor must always remain transparent with the management team, The Supervisor must always remain communicative with the management team. Pay rate based on experience. We prefer applicants come with some trade related background (electric, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, framing, painting, etc.), but we do offer on the job training. Bonuses offered based on job profitability and employee contribution
- most Supervisors make +$1000/week, and the bigger the job the bigger the bonus. Some bonuses are $200
- 250 for a 2 day job, and more.
