We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable assistant manager / supervisor to help lead our team, manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to our fun, sweet environment. Skills needed to succeed:

Assist in managing daily retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while overseeing inventory management and control. Handle purchasing and stocking of merchandise, maintaining optimal inventory levels. Utilize POS systems for transactions and cash register operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Implement effective marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and drive sales. Retail experience with proven leadership roles Experience with online sales & shipping helpful but not required. Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds frequently Ability to spend most of your shift on your feet Able to climb stairs and ladders repeatedly, bend, squat, twist and lift Honest, dependable, hard-working, self-starter, personable, and prompt.
