Summary/Objective With a customer-centric focus, this position maintains a daily on-site presence and is responsible for the management and delivery of the various recruiting and reporting service commitments for one of MAU’s most established client accounts.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, with typical work hours being Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours expected, as needed. Essential Functions Establish and maintain excellent relationships with client’s HR department and hiring managers while leading the placement process. Act as liaison between MAU recruiters and client’s representatives for hiring activities for salaried exempt and non-exempt roles, student programs, and skilled labor positions. Follow up with hiring managers on requisition approvals and/or rejections. Schedule and lead position qualification meetings to understand the hiring managers’ needs once vacancy requisitions are approved/received and prior to internal posting. Post all positions in client’s applicant tracking system, and job boards as necessary. Manage client’s ATS to ensure data accuracy. Schedule all internal and external interviews for positions. Facilitate post interview meetings with targeted selection interview teams. Coordinate offer letters and rejection emails. Send out job bids and interview packets to hiring department. Send post-fill and post-hire surveys to hiring managers and candidates for external exempt & non-exempt positions. Maintain various reporting spreadsheets for Bosch. Participate in monthly MAU staffing meetings Other duties as assigned Manage a team of on-site direct reports in completion of the following activities — Manage Onsite Contractors Track approved requisitions for contractors. Coordinate recruiting activities with MAU Recruiter. Send submittals for screened candidates to hiring manager and request feedback. Coordinate telephone and on-site interviews for candidates, as requested. Send out offer packets for approved contractors. Coordinate all new hire paperwork and onboarding for new contractors. Manage contractor payroll and associate relations activities for contractors. Manage Student Programs (Co-Ops and International Interns) Track approved requisitions for co-ops and interns. Hold Qualification meetings with hiring managers for each approved position. Maintain co-op and intern job postings. Review applications and resumes and forward on appropriate applicants to supervisors for review and feedback. Coordinate telephone interviews for candidates. Send out offer letters for approved candidates. Coordinate all new hire paperwork and on-boarding activities for co-ops and interns, including drug testing, background checks, Equifax paperwork, shoe vouchers, new hire orientation, and meet and greets. Maintain Co-Op Tracking and Staffing Reports. Travel to partner schools for co-op recruiting trips. Facilitate onboarding for all External New Hires. Verify candidate’s education, schedule drug screens, perform nationwide criminal background check, setup in Equifax system for I-9 processing. and set up relocation (if necessary). Notify Medical department of new hire and assist in scheduling post offer medical appointment. Complete new hire paperwork and folder. Ethical Conduct Personal Effectiveness/Credibility Required Education and Experience Qualifications include: Associates Degree and 5+ years’ equivalent work experience in talent acquisition/HR Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. Must possess strong customer service orientation. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must possess an assertive, outgoing personality. Ideal candidate will be focused, thorough, with a strong desire to succeed. Strong computer and MS Office skills required. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Further, this job may require occasional presence at customer sites, both in administrative and manufacturing environments. Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles.
