Full Job Description Role Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Assistant Manager to join our team in Charleston, SC! You’ll be supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations; including customer service, team supervision, merchandising, and achieving sales goals. This roles requires strong leadership, attention to detail, passion for fashion and embodying the

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm
• Provide styling advice and product information
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions
• Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team goals
• Replenish stock and assist with visual merchandisingProcess transactions accurately and ensure proper opening/closing procedures Support inventory checks and deliveries

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not essentialPassion for fashion and good eye for styleProven ability to provide exceptional client service and build long lasting customer relationships

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (weekends, evenings, holidays)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
