Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring that the store provides an excellent customer experience. To be successful in this role you will bring a high standard for customer service, proven experience in leadership and store management. Oversee all daily store operations Drive store sales and customer satisfaction Lead by example to create a customer-first culture Recruit, hire, and train new store associates Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage Oversee the preparation of financial reports including P&L’s Ensure the store operates in compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations. Qualifications & Skills Experience in Store management and in a managerial role. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred. Experience managing store budgets, achieving sales targets, and analyzing financial reports.
