The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, implementing store policies, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee daily store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising. Train and develop employees through effective employee orientation programs. Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and product availability. Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate POS transactions. Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and teamwork. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Experience Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team. Excellent negotiation skills with experience in vendor management. Proficient in retail management software and POS systems. Ability to communicate effectively Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer service principles.
