The manager will have a passion for coffee shops, excellent customer service skills, and managerial skills. Essential Functions To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation:

Leadership and Management:

Lead, motivate, and mentor the team.
Supervise and train staff on customer service and product knowledge.
Scheduling and managing staff based on shop needs and extra events.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality service.
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews, providing feedback and support to foster professional growth.
Show ability to step into the Barista role as needed based on staffing needs.

Business Development:

Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability, including marketing initiatives and service promotions.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure stock availability.
Create new coffee menu items based on seasonality.

Customer Experience:

Uphold the highest standards of client service and satisfaction.
Address and resolve client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement client retention strategies and loyalty programs.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure the shop environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or preferred Experience Experience in Coffee Shop setting for 2 years, Team Lead, Inventory control & management, and customer service Skills Proven leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Solid financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions. Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide outstanding customer service
