Who We Want:

Our Assistant Managers ensure that day-to day business operations run smoothly. Assistant Managers are further expected to order inventory, provide employee training, maintain standards of service, and aid in the growth of both BOH and FOH staff members. Good candidates possess strong communication and conflict resolution skills, are guest-oriented, and computer savvy. Additional key Management techniques should include, but are not limited to, the ability to manage a rush calmly and effectively, as well as keeping spirits of the team up during slow and busy service.
