Assist in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead and motivate the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and food prep standards Help manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation Train and support team members to perform at their best Work events and represent Playa Bowls at community gatherings Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism

What You Need:
