Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash register operations, and merchandising. Train and develop staff on retail math, product knowledge, and effective selling techniques. Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain optimal stock levels. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the shopping experience. Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a retail or grocery store setting. Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform retail math calculations accurately. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful vendor interactions. Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems. Experience in inventory management practices is preferred.
