TheStore Manager oversees and is accountable for the operation of astore, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controllingexpenses, shrinkage, human resources management as well as allaspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence withall Company policies and procedures. The minimum age requirementfor a Store Manager is 21. The physical demands of the job requirein excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders andlifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience isrequired.
