The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managment, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

• Manage all aspects of store operations including sales, customer service, and inventory management
• Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies
• Implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, and reporting
• Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability

Experience Required Skills:

• Proven experience in retail sales or store management
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficiency in retail math for managing budgets and analyzing sales data
• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and staff
• Experience in inventory management to optimize stock levels

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a retail setting
