Job Descriptions:

This position oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the Motorcycle Sales Department. Ensures that the Sales Department contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profits. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and customer service programs. Determine sales quotas for sales personnel. Oversee sales, trade-ins, and delivery of all new and used motorcycles. Maintains training curriculum for all Sales personnel via HDU Tthe raining Portal. Submits payroll bi-weekly. Creates and distributes department monthly schedules to be included with the dealership master schedule. Monitors and approves employees’ time sheets.
