We are looking for someone who is qualified and if given the opportunity able to relocate and run their own store as the General Manager. If and when given the opportunity the company assists in the relocation process. Houser Shoes is a family-owned business having a presence in NC, SC, GA, and TN. Possible relocation areas can include but are not limited to Augusta GA, Greenville SC, Anderson SC, Kingsport TN, or possibly another location, we have 11 storefronts. The starting pay will be for training, with a higher salary to be earned once the training is complete and a move to your own store has been made official. Once you’ve completed training and if given the promotion to Store Manager in a different location, in addition to salary, the store manager has the opportunity to receive monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. Responsibilities Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) Be a shining example of leadership to all staff Additional store manager duties as needed Skills Proven successful experience as a retail manager Powerful leading skills and business orientation Customer management skills Strong organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills
