Role Profile The Field Sales Representative will help us establish and grow our presence in the Midlands market for luxury spray tanning. In this role you will be the face of goGlow Harbison throughout the Midlands. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a competitive sales environment and is passionate about sales, skin care, and the beauty industry. This role requires an individual with a strong ability to close deals, foster meaningful relationships, and identify new growth opportunities.
Leadership and Training :
Lead the growth of sales by embodying our values of Empowerment, Knowledge, and Confidence. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment encouraging growth, teamwork, and exceptional client service. Training includes online and in person service observation and experience.
Sales and Membership Growth :
Execute sales strategies that increase first time and repeat business, 5 star reviews, and a strong referral program. Promote and sell memberships that empower clients to embrace their uniqueness and radiate confidence, prioritizing their self-care. Help with social content creation and connecting with local influencers for enhanced visibility and brand awareness and recognition. Social Genius:
Driving sales by building sustainable partnerships with aligned businesses across the midlands. Emphasizing the goGlow Harbison for their excellent products, organic ingredients and luxurious experience.
People Person:
Strengthen and maintain partnerships with key retailers, salons, and fitness companies across the Midlands. Establishing trust and fostering strong relationships with new customers and local businesses to drive business growth.
Event Rep:
Represent both companies at select festivals, events and trade shows
Creative Problem Solver:
Develops promotional strategy for regional areas in conjunction with our Marketing team for on- and off-premise events and promotions
Team Player:
Working with the Marketing and Sales teams to support the Collective Arts/Collective Project business model
Collaborative:
Conducts regular meetings with identified customer channels focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Duties:
Lead and manage outside sales efforts to maximize revenue within assigned territories. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key connections through effective relationship management Execute cold calling strategies to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and goals. Monitor territory performance and implement necessary adjustments to improve results. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions for upper management. How will your time be organized? 80%
Selling:
Ensuring brand visibility through displays, point-of-sale materials, and making sure the product is well-represented through various retailers. Requires travel to visit businesses, attend meetings and represent in person. 10%
Brand Education:
Hosting tastings, training sessions, and events for both consumers and retail staff to increase product knowledge. 5%
Event Participation:
Lead generation follow up. 5%
Market Research & Reporting:
Gathering insights from the field regarding market trends, consumer feedback, and competitor activities; reporting back to manager and owner on activity and lead generation We’re looking for candidates who have/are: Reside within Midlands area High energy, self-motivated individual with solid networking capabilities An entrepreneurial spirit with an open and apparent positive mindset Possesses outstanding time management and multi-tasking capability Ability to work weekday, evenings and weekends to fit company needs. Own a reliable vehicle and have a willingness to travel locally Fully able to lift and set up tables, signage and products during events or Minimum of 1+ years of structured selling or previous experience as a Sales leader or similar. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
