Are you proficient in web analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions? Do you possess Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities? Are you experienced organizing and managing digital assets, including photos, videos, and design files? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams? The Web and Digital Services Manager serves as the primary website manager for the Division of Student Affairs and Academic Support, overseeing the accuracy, structure, optimization, and functionality of hundreds of web pages. This role ensures the division’s digital presence is current, accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with university web standards. The manager leads website redesigns, creates new pages, manages digital content strategy, and oversees digital services, including digital signage, digital forms, the online event calendar, and digital asset storage. The role includes creating signage graphics using Canva and supporting technical logistics for digital activations and events. A core function of the position is maintaining photo and video assets, ensuring they are organized, properly stored, and integrated into web content. Oversee the management and maintenance of hundreds of web pages across the division. Oversee digital signage systems division-wide. Collaborate with unit leaders to proactively update content in alignment with division priorities. Lead site redesigns and page development within Modern Campus CMS. Conduct regular reviews of site content and structure to improve performance. Support the transition or maintenance of new signage management systems. Supervise and mentor student employees supporting website updates and digital services. Organize, maintain, and archive digital assets, including photo and video files, for marketing and communications purposes.
