We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated and customer service oriented individual to join our retail team as a 3rd key holder with the possibility of becoming an Assistant Manager in Ft. Mill, SC. No previous knowledge of fireworks is necessary. We provide comprehensive training to include product knowledge, policies & procedures, safety training, merchandising and sales. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and experience: 2 – 3 years of Retail Experience Must have experience in cash control procedures Must have flexibility in schedule, including weekends and holidays and extended hours during increased sales season. Must be able to multi-task, and work well in high pressure situations Must possess strong written and oral communication skills Should have basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
