Job Responsibilities :

Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals. Accountable for overseeing all retail operations, including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability. Drive sales initiatives and implement new ways to enhance store performance. Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards. Support team growth through coaching, training, and performance management. Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to guide your team effectively. Make staffing adjustments as needed to meet the needs of the business. Take ownership of profit and loss management for the store while safeguarding company assets. Creating and maintaining a schedule at/or under labor budget. Overseeing store inventory management through daily and monthly stock audit. Stay ahead of the curve by partnering with our Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Training teams.

What You Need:

High School Diploma/GED required Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales 2-4 years in sales and sales management experience Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
