Job Description:

Zest Culinary Services ( formerly known as MMI Dining Systems ) at the Bethel College is looking for a Coffee Shop Supervisor to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including various types of coffee and tea. If you are interested in educating customers on the drink menu including making recommendations based upon the guest preferences and know how to up-sell while taking orders this could be the job for you! The ideal candidate will have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates; be able to work various shifts and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests. The position does supervise the coffee shop and team members’, so leadership skills is a plus. Ideal candidate will be an effective communicator. Experience with inventory, and food & beverage production. Must be able to manage staff that functions in a friendly and efficient manner. This is a hands-on position working closely with the team on a daily basis.
