Responsibilities Supervise and train team members to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Assist in achieving sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting products. Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and inventory levels for effective stock management. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies. Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience. Provide makeup application services as needed, demonstrating product knowledge and application techniques. Maintain effective phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or through online platforms. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and employee development. Requirements Previous experience in a retail or salon environment is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial reporting. Ability to sell products confidently while providing exceptional customer service. A passion for beauty products and makeup application techniques is highly desirable.
