3G Productions is a multi-faceted live entertainment production company, headquartered in Las Vegas with substantial operations in Los Angeles, Nashville and Atlanta.203G owns high-end professional audio, lighting, rigging, and video equipment that it rents out to and operates for concert promotors, bands, live performance venues, casinos, and corporations. Additionally, 3G specializes in project management, design, and installation of professional production equipment for large scale performance venues and sports arenas.
Position Overview:
We’re building a leadership team that values clarity, creativity, and collaboration. We’re seeking experienced managers in lighting, audio, and rigging to oversee departmental operations and help drive technical excellence across our live productions. This is an opportunity to leave behind micromanagement and politics and lead teams that are empowered to do their best work.
Responsibilities:
Oversee department operations on site and in prep Mentor and supervise technical crew Collaborate with producers and creative leads on execution Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
Qualifications:
Proven experience in event production is required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
