Job Description Essential Functions Assumes management responsibilities in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Travel to certain store locations within Middle Tennessee to assist in the business needs of the store including opening, closing and operations support. Responsible for driving store sales, production, operations and merchandising. Lead, manage and hold employees accountable to obtain sales and production goals. Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Oversee customer service including ensuring prompt and accurate checkout; responding to customer complaints and concerns. Provides maximum level of customer service to ensure success. Ensure all employees receive the appropriate training, coaching and feedback. Monitors sales, cash management, inventory control, store merchandising, and appearance. Directly reports to the District Manager. Ensures that the store opens on time and operational during hours of operation. Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work at any location on short notice. Work no earlier than 8am and no later than 7:30pm Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
