Front Desk (Weekend and Closer) Nashville MMA Training Camp Nashville, TN 37210 Front Desk Job Description Looking for an enthusiastic individual who has good communication skills and a heart for creating a great training environment. We have a good thing going and we want to share everything our gym has to offer! The front desk team is a huge part of creating and maintaining the overall culture of the gym.

Current shift openings:

4:30pm – 9pm a couple nights a week and weekends 8am-2 pm. Please message with any questions in regards to the job or shifts available. A regular day on the job includes but is not limited to: Maintaining a professional and safe environment for all members. General cleaning and tidying of the facility. Providing a high level of customer service and good communication, including: uplifting conversations, answering questions, selling merchandise, and assisting customer needs. Contacting prospective members via phone calls and texts to answer questions and schedule appointments. Giving full tours of the facility. Clearly communicating the way we run our memberships and selling the best option for each individual. Loaning out and organizing retail equipment. Staying on top of the sales/scheduling programs. Understanding and upholding the culture of the gym, where our ethos is “Don’t talk about it. Be about it.” Performing daily/weekly/monthly responsibilities.
