Boot Factory Outlet at the Opry Mills Mall is seeking a Key Holder to become a part of our team! If you are an ambitious self-starter, with previous retail experience, looking for your first supervisory experience then this is the perfect role for you. Key Holders are a supporting member of our management team. They are responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. They also assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations, including opening and closing procedures. This position is a great first step in growing your leadership skills for a future career in management. The ideal candidate will have previous retail or customer service experience. All applicants must be available to work a combination of opening/closing shifts and weekends.

The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous leadership role in retail or customer service, minimum of 1 year . Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store. A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork. Ability to wear western boots while working. A High school diploma or GED. Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-60 pounds.
