Job Summary The Site Manager serves as the liaison between the school, community, and district in the oversight and implementation of the community school strategy. They coordinate, and monitor programs and resources ensuring they are integrated and aligned with the mission and goals of the school and MNPS. What you will do
Coordinate, connect, and manage programs and resources around the Community Achieves strategy and district community school standards.
Ensure that all community school programs and services, during the traditional school day and during out-of-school time, are of high quality and fully integrated and aligned with the mission and goals of the school as indicated in the school improvement plan, school leadership, and MNPS.
Work in partnership with school leadership to plan and implement the Community Achieves strategy following district community school standards.
Establish, coordinate, and nurture a team of stakeholders to advise the school-level Community Achieves strategy/community school standards.
Establish, coordinate, and nurture results-focused partnerships with community school partners including but not limited to organizations, government entities, foundations, universities, and families, holding regular partner meetings.
Collaborate closely with the office of Community Achieves, meet regularly with Community Achieves team, and communicate programming to school stakeholders.
Provide and facilitate the use of data to report school-level efforts that support the implementation of the community school strategy.
Collaborate with the office of Community Achieves and partners to maintain cohort enrollment rosters for school-level community school programming
Utilize tools, resources, and technical assistance provided by Community Achieves and supporting anchor partners.
Collaborate with other MNPS departments that offer student services and participate in MTSS & milestone meetings.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Education, Public Administration, Social Work, or related equivalent Required
Master’s Degree In Education, Public Administration, Social Work, or related equivalent Preferred
Experience Qualifications
Three to five years’ applicable experience including education policy, change management, parent/community engagement experience Required
Skills and Abilities
Interpersonal skills, time management, self-motivation, communication, proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Starting At:

$58,362.46 Salaries are determined by factors relevant to the position which may include education, experience, and other qualifications. Final compensation decisions are made at the discretion of MNPS in alignment with organizational policies and procedures. The stated salary range for certificated teaching positions is calculated based on 201 days and should be viewed as a reference. All provided salary ranges serve as a general guideline.
